What is Waist Hip Ratio WHR?
Waist Hip Ratio is the ratio of circumference of the waist to the circumference of hip. To calaculate the WHR you can take smallest circumference of your waist i.e. just above the belly button and the largest circumference of your hip i.e. the most wide part of the hip .
