What is LEED?
LEED is the green building rating system developed by United States Green Building Council. The acronym LEED stands for “Leadership in Environment and Energy Design”. The buildings that are designed and constructed or refurbished in compliance with LEED requirements are certified as green buildings in different tiers i.e. silver, platinum etc. For more information on LEED you can visit the USGBC website.
